How monthly billing works
Long-term stays are preferred. Your first month is prorated when you arrive mid-cycle. There are no resort-style activity fees layered on top of the site rate — what you see is the base monthly cost for a full-hookup space in our elevated, shaded community.
Electric and water/sewer allowances are included as listed. Fair metering covers additional usage so neighbors who conserve are not subsidizing heavy draw.
